Why isn’t my KYC got approved?

The KYC process is not run continuously, it’s started regularly (usually weekly once).

If your registration is not approved for a long time, it’s possible that there was a problem during the verification. The system always sends out an automatic email about the problem, but sometimes such emails arrive in the Trash folder, and never seen. Therefore we suggest to check the most common problems:

• Your name has to be full name.
• The photo of your ID document needs to contain a photo about you, your name (as you provided in the name field), and your ID document identifier (as you provided in the ID document number field).
• Your selfie photo has to be comparable with the photo on your ID document.
